The WFO offers high-impact learning programs designed to bring the principles of flourishing to life in meaningful and practical ways. These programs can be experienced as self-guided journeys or enhanced through the expertise of our in-house experts and trusted partners, ensuring flexibility and depth to meet diverse needs. Whether supporting individual growth or transforming organizational culture, each program is crafted to build flourishing competencies, inspire action, and create lasting impact.
Executive Flourishing Blueprint Program
The Executive Flourishing Blueprint Program is your gateway to becoming a visionary leader in a rapidly evolving business landscape. Designed exclusively for C-suite executives and board members, this program empowers you to lead with resilience, purpose, and transformational impact.
At the end of the program you will be recognized as a WFO Certified Flourishing Executive. You’ll also have completed the Flourishing Organization Blueprint Framework for your organization – a roadmap to continue your flourishing journey.
The 2025 program was in session from July – December 2025. We are taking applications for the next cohort, which will begin in May 2026 and run through November 2026. It will be on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month, at 11:00 AM ET for 90 minutes and 60 minutes, respectively.
Flourishing Professionals Program
If you are a practitioner, the Flourishing Professionals Program track is your pathway to becoming a catalyst for positive change using the principles and practices of flourishing.
The first course we are offering, in coordination with our partner DISCO, is Flourishing Professional – Introduction to Practice Lab. This is a cohort learning opportunity with virtual workshops and peer learning sessions (coaching circles). Upon completion of the program, you will be recognized as a WFO Certified Flourishing Professional Level 1.
The program runs from January through April. See dates, times, and curriculum below.
