Organizational Flourishing Blueprint Framework

The Blueprint Framework assesses how well an organization integrates holistic flourishing principles across its operations.

It provides a point-in-time organizational assessment based on the assessor’s responses. The results guide organizational leaders in developing a flourishing blueprint, steering their journey toward greater flourishing.

The WFO’s Blueprint Framework is designed around five core pillars of organizational flourishing: Foundation, Relationships, Systems, Culture, and Impact. There are dozens of elements that help create a flourishing organization that align with the five pillars. The journey of any organization is continuous. More elements are incorporated into the operations and ways of working if there is an intentional plan to improve flourishing over time. Development of an Organizational Flourishing Blueprint is the main outcome of our Executive Flourishing Blueprint Program, and the program curriculum is based on the Blueprint Framework. Flourishing Organization (F-Org™) Recognition

We are also developing a recognition methodology for organizations based on their Flourishing Blueprint scores. Recognized organizations will be officially designated as a Flourishing Organization™ (or F-Org™) and their impact stories will be shared externally to power the flourishing movement.
