The WFO launches its inaugural Executive Flourishing Blueprint Program to support organizational success

July 9, 2025 – Today’s workplaces face a productivity crisis. Only 21% of employees are engaged, burnout rates are at an all-time high, and there’s massive value left on the table – to the tune of up to $9.6 trillion globally, or 9% of GDP, according to Gallup. In response, the World Flourishing Organization (WFO) has launched their flagship Executive Flourishing Blueprint Program, guiding leaders to build flourishing organizations.

This Program goes beyond a focus on wellbeing and engagement. Backed by science, measurement, and fundamentally transformative actions, executives will design a blueprint for enhancing their organizational flourishing, with the goal of boosting productivity, igniting innovation, and delivering sustainable growth.

The Blueprint Program will be delivered by renowned experts from around the globe, including researchers from Harvard and Baylor Universities, strategic alignment practitioners from Australia, and WFO leadership. The first cohort includes senior leaders from a wide range of industries, locations, and roles.

This 6-month program draws upon research, tools and frameworks and combines expert insights, peer learning, and practical application to ensure executives leave with actionable strategies. A key benefit for participants will be developing a strong peer network through collaborative problem solving, group learning and experience sharing.
