Coming together from different industries, our three founders Gordon (insurance and mental health), Karen (financial markets, supply chain, and social impact), and Eleanor (engineering, global development, nonprofit and responsible business), are driven to help change how people experience work, so that they can flourish to maximize their potential and performance.

Tamara leads our learning programs through her expertise in flourishing science, AI to support human flourishing, and cultural transformation.

We believe the availability of data and science to guide actions, ability to measure the level of flourishing in people and organizations, and a focus on designing the right culture can all support leaders to help their people flourish at work. This is the work we are passionate about and we are committed to building the movement for workplace flourishing worldwide.
