Designed exclusively for C-suite executives, this program empowers you to lead with resilience, purpose, and transformational impact.

Flourishing Blueprint Framework

Program Summary

This six-month virtual incubator program is for leaders who want to be at the cutting edge of research from Baylor, Harvard, and Gallup. The time requirement is 90 minutes per month in full cohort virtual sessions, and 60 minutes per month in a small group setting. At the end of the program, you’ll have your blueprint for how to help your organization flourish. You will also get to experience an individual flourishing assessment (before and after the program), an organizational flourishing framework, and an individual workplace flourishing index that specifically applies the research from the Global Flourishing Study. You will be certified as a WFO Flourishing Executive.

This program goes beyond well-being and engagement. You'll learn how to quantify flourishing and understand the human behaviors that enable it. This is an opportunity to gain knowledge so you can inspire your team with a flourishing mindset.

Application Criteria

This program is tailored to Board Members, CEOs, C-Suite executives (maximum three per organization) who are key decision-makers in shaping organizational direction and strategy. Our goal is to form a cohort of leaders equipped with the "executive readiness" necessary to tackle the complex and demanding aspects of organizational culture, which demands curiosity, open-mindedness, and vulnerability.

We would like to know about your involvement in ongoing organizational activities that gather organizational health data (overall well-being and effectiveness of the organization) through surveys, certifications, or adherence to other relevant standards. If you are new to your organization, and/or just starting these activities, that is fine.
