Denver Executive Flourishing Forum (April 29, 2026)

Join us at the Executive Flourishing Forum on April 29, 2026 in Denver, Colorado.

This dynamic gathering is centered around how to create thriving and flourishing workplaces. This will be a bright light for executives during a time when employee disengagement, quiet quitting, and burnout are on the rise. Inspired by the science[1][1] Harvard’s Human Flourishing Programbehind what makes humans live a good life, the World Flourishing Organization is hosting a one-of-a-kind executive forum to share tools, insights, and best practices. Facilitated by LuminUS Group, this one-day event empowers leaders to proactively shift organizational culture using evidence-based approaches at three levels: oneself as a leader, the leader at work, and the organization they lead.

The Denver Executive Flourishing Forum is a special initiative designed and curated by Eleanor Allen, CEO of The World Flourishing Organization, and Annyse Balkwill, CEO of the LuminUS Group.

Throughout the day, participants will:

  • Gain insights through the WFO’s Flourishing at Work Survey, the WFO’s Organizational Flourishing Blueprint Framework, and principles from leading research on human flourishing.
  • Learn actionable strategies rooted in brain science and purpose-driven leadership, empowering leaders to begin crafting their unique organizational flourishing blueprint.
  • Walk away with tangible outputs and tools to support next steps for creating resilient, connected, and thriving organizations. In doing so, leaders will gain insights on how to position flourishing as both a strategic asset and a measurement of organizational success.
  • Will experience an inspiring learning environment that they can replicate in their workplaces.

The forum is the ideal setting for those seeking proven methods to build strong cultures, measure wellbeing impact and return on investment, and enhance performance while elevating their own leadership impact in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.
